Classes and Schedule

We have a variety of classes at CrossFit Empire South! Group Classes with our skilled coaches and positive community will make you want to come in and work out! We also have Barbell Club, Stretch, CrossFit Essentials, and Open Gym.


We have numerous coach-led group classes throughout the day. Classes include both a general and specific warm-up, a constantly varied Workout of the Day (WOD), and recommended cool downs. Our classes also include strength training or skill work multiple times weekly to help you improve your mobility, lifting, gymnastics, and other functional movements!

Monday – Friday: 5:45AM, 9:15AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:45PM

Saturday: 9:15


Want to improve your Olympic Weightlifting? We have Barbell Club every other Saturday starting at 7:30am! Come in and get coaching specific to you and your lifting ability!


NEW CLASS ALERT – Starting May 6!!!

Want to improve your cardio? We’ve got you! Check out our new CFES Running and Endurance Saturday mornings at 7:30 am (weather permitting). 

Whether you already run, want to get better at running, or want to start running, this is the class for you! We’ll also have walking, bike, and row options for anyone unable to run and/or just looking to make your heart stronger! 


Come stretch out those sore muscles and work on your mobility!
