1,600-m run (Together)

300 double-unders (Split Reps)

100 burpees (Split Reps)

800-m run

200 double-unders

70 burpees

400-m run

100 double-unders

40 burpees

– Both Partners run together

– One partner working at a time during the double-unders and burpees
