CrossFit Empire South offers programming based on each individual’s goals and abilities. We have athletes whose goals are to move better after joint replacement, grandparents wanting to keep up with their grandchildren, and athletes wanting to improve their performance in other sports.

We offer Group Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition, and also have plenty of open gym time! CrossFit Empire South also has a fun CrossFit Kids program! We are conveniently located in southeast Huntsville, AL across from the new Hays Farm shopping center.
